The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are given real responsibility, exposure and support, in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload including: Freehold & leasehold property sales and purchases Grants and taking of leases Licence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use) Landlord & tenant management Corporate property support Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documents Provide clear, commercial advice to clients Liaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions Contribute to business development and help grow client relationships About You Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial property Experience in one or more of: leasehold/freehold acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases/licences, corporate property support Strong drafting, negotiation and client-care skills Organised, proactive and commercially aware Confident dealing with clients from SMEs to large corporates/public sector Interest in business development and growing a personal property practice Benefits & What You'll Gain Flexible/hybrid working for better work-life balance Exposure to a broad, high-quality client base Fast-track career progression and training opportunities Supportive team culture with mentorship Real responsibility on interesting, varied work from day one Apply today or contact Gayle Woolf for more information.#INDMALS
