This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.ResponsibilitiesThe operations team works across the business, working closely with the broader team to deliver our core products to customers. This involves building the physical capacity and trading infrastructure for our supply business. It also includes the scoping, modelling, and design of new products and business lines, including entry into new markets.Some of the tasks the operations team are currently working on include:Analysing and optimising our core supply operations: from energy trading to our finance functionBuilding and pricing innovative products and working on strategy to deliver themExpanding our operations to other markets, breaking down the business and regulatory environment in each jurisdictionSourcing & negotiation of contracts with our partners to achieve business goalsRequirements Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience Track record of exceptional achievement Relentless approach to solving problems Comfortable learning quickly and iterating Ability to work well individually or in a team BenefitsCompetitive salary and an equity sign-on bonusBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsPaid annual leaveBreakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees
