Due to the continued growth of the corporate practice, our client, one of the leading US firms established in the London market, is looking to recruit an additional private equity associate. This position would suit an academically excellent lawyer who has gained at least 1 year's post-qualified experience in cross-border private equity and M&A transactions in another leading City (UK or US) corporate team (having been retained by their training firm), and is now ambitious to develop their experience further in an elite US private equity team.
