The Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE) to join a well-established and growing family law team in Bristol. The role involves a broad range of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children's issues, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and separation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle their own caseload and work with limited support, demonstrating a strong understanding of family law practice and procedure. As a member of Resolution, the firm expects its solicitors to adopt a resolution-based approach to resolving family disputes. The firm is looking for an ambitious solicitor who is eager to help shape the future direction of the department and play an active role in business development to raise the profile of the family practice within the local area. Key Requirements: Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ-5 years PQE Strong experience in conducting family law matters, including divorce, children's issues, financial settlements, and pre-nuptial agreements Proven ability to manage your own caseload and work independently with limited secretarial support A current practising certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and apply a resolution-based approach Solid IT skills, including proficiency in case management systems, Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to contribute to business development initiatives The role offers the flexibility to work on a full-time or part-time basis with hybrid working options, depending on the candidate's preferences and needs.
