Exciting Opportunity: Agricultural Solicitor (3+ Years' Experience) - Bath We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Solicitor to join a market-leading Agricultural team based in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, supporting clients both locally and nationally in a variety of non-contentious matters within the Agricultural/Rural Property sector. What You'll Be Doing: Managing a diverse caseload of non-contentious agricultural and rural property matters, including the sale and purchase of farms, estates, agricultural secured lending, and strategic land development. Advising a wide range of clients, including farmers, landowners, estates, and agri-businesses, on bespoke legal matters that are crucial to their operations. Collaborating closely with a highly regarded team, including senior professionals, to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. Running your own caseload with a high level of autonomy, while playing an active role in the team's ambitious growth plans. Building strong relationships with industry-leading sector organisations, such as the NFU, CLA, TFA, CAAV, and ALA, ensuring you work on a range of high-quality, impactful cases. Who We're Looking For: A Solicitor with a minimum of three years' experience in the Agricultural/Rural Property sector, with a proven track record in property-related agricultural matters. Expertise in agricultural tenancies, land development, or renewable projects would be an advantage. Strong communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing client-focused solutions. A high level of commercial awareness and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively. Someone with an eye for detail and a drive to deliver the highest standards of service.
