School Safeguarding Administrator Location: Tower Hamlets | Contract: Full-time | Start: ASAP Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for safeguarding and supporting young people? Our vibrant and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a dedicated School Safeguarding Administrator to join our team. About the Role As our Safeguarding Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students. Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and senior leadership, you will provide high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate records, and help ensure safeguarding procedures are followed effectively. Key Responsibilities Support the DSL and safeguarding team with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintain and update safeguarding records, logs, and reports with confidentiality and accuracy Monitor referrals and ensure timely follow-up Liaise with staff, external agencies, and parents as required Assist with safeguarding audits and compliance activities Contribute to a caring, supportive, and child-focused school environment Required Skills & Qualifications DSL Level 3 Safeguarding qualification (essential) Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information Experience working in a school or safeguarding-related environment (desirable) A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practice Commitment to promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people Why Join Us?
