Join Our Team: Full-Time Teaching Assistant Role in Ealing Starting January 2026 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ealing. This full-time role begins in January 2026 and continues until the end of the academic year. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting small groups and delivering 1:1 assistance * Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and curriculum delivery * Working closely with students with SEND * Enhancing literacy and numeracy skills * Supporting behaviour, learning, and social development What We're Looking For: Prior experience working with children in any educational capacity * Understanding of child development and learning needs * A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive * Relevant TA qualifications are desirable but not essential Why Join This School?
