We’re looking for a proactive Project Estimator to join our fast paced team in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. In this role you will be predominantly manging the pre-contract phase supporting the commercial team on upcoming tenders across our M&E, Core and Projects divisions. If you can manage a tender return with precision, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities (not limited to):Lead the pricing and preparation of tender submissions ranging from £100K to £2.5MBreak down project scopes into clear deliverables and develop programmes using supplier lead timesProduce detailed Traffic Management Plans—considering risks, constraints, and logistics from day oneCreate structured RFQs and manage end-to-end communications with subcontractorsBuild comprehensive risk registers—thinking ahead and mitigating issues before they ariseWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years in an Estimator or QS roleAdvanced Excel capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat do you get in return?Company car or car allowanceOn site parkingBenefits package: includes gym discounts, referral scheme and employee assistance programmeCareer development: training and development opportunities within a growing companyWhy join Antac?Antac Support Services provide high-quality facilities maintenance to a range of commercial clients across the UK.
