LOCATION: ENDEAVOUR SQUAREWORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday form 06 am till 9 am, 15 hours per weekPAY RATE: £13.85 per hourThe Multiskilled Operative at ABM UK plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As part of our dedicated team, you will undertake a wide array of maintenance tasks across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and providing high-quality service to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform various maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and fabrication.Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and assets and perform preventive maintenance.Respond to urgent maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment service history.Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality service.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.Participate in training and development activities to improve skill sets.Requirements Experience in facility maintenance or a similar role. Proficient in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Working knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in trades preferred.
