Multi Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry Bias Camden,London £20 - £25 per hour We're looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry Bias to join our team. You'll carry out a variety of carpentry and trade duties across Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High Value, and Capital Repairs - always ensuring a high standard of workmanship.The Role: Key responsibilities include: Delivering quality repairs and maintenance, including urgent and emergency jobs. Organising your workload effectively to meet appointments, deadlines, and customer expectations. Providing updates to supervisors, schedulers, and colleagues to support planning, scheduling, and material ordering. Maintaining high standards of motivation, attendance, and conduct, taking pride in your work and the team's output. Driving a company vehicle (where provided), keeping it clean and roadworthy, and following the LBI Drivers Policy. Reporting any additional repair needs clearly, so that accurate follow-on work orders can be raised. The Candidate: We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience as a Carpenter/Multi-Trader. Strong carpentry skills with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Additional trade skills (e.g., plumbing, basic electrics). Relevant trade qualifications. Good problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
