Senior CAD Technician (Revit) – Modular Construction | Lancashire / Cumbria / North West | Full Time, 40 hours per week | £35,000–£45,000 per annum DOEOur client delivers beautifully designed, bespoke buildings across Lancashire, Cumbria, and the North West. They operate through specialist teams that collaborate seamlessly to provide a full concept-to-completion service.They are looking for a Senior CAD Technician with strong Revit skills to join a friendly, dynamic, and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse mix of residential projects, including modular, timber frame, and system-built homes, within a close-knit, collaborative environment.What’s in it for you? Produce coordinated 3D Revit models and high-quality AutoCAD technical drawingsDevelop detailed production and construction-ready drawingsGenerate material take-offs, component schedules, and BIM-related documentationWork collaboratively across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and design teamsLead and manage aspects of the technical design process from concept to deliveryLiaise with specialist suppliers and manufacturers, providing technical guidance What’s next?
