This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator with strong subject knowledge and a passion for preparing students for a digital future.About the Role: You will plan and deliver engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons, support learners of varying abilities, and create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. You will encourage critical thinking, digital literacy, and confidence in using technology, ensuring students develop essential skills for future education and employment.Key Responsibilities: High-Quality Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons across ICT and Computer Science following the school curriculum.Classroom Management: Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.Assessment & Feedback: Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.Curriculum Contribution: Support the development and improvement of ICT/Computer Science resources.Collaborative Working: Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external partners. To succeed as a Teacher of Computer Science / ICT, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching ICT and Computer Science.Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.A passion for supporting young people’s progress and digital skill development.An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
