SEMH Teaching Assistant Borough: Hammersmith & Fulham Start Date: January - July 2026 Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only A supportive and forward-thinking SEMH primary school located near Putney Bridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This rewarding role involves supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs to access the mainstream curriculum at a differentiated level, enabling them to make strong academic and personal progress. The school is easily accessible by both local bus routes and the District Line, offering a welcoming environment and a collaborative staff team committed to transforming outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
