SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Ruislip £95–£110 per day | Full Time | Immediate StartI’m looking for an experienced and confident SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ruislip. This long-term role is within a school that has a strong inclusion team and pupils who need structure, patience and someone who genuinely understands SEND.The Role Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, social-communication needs or SEMH Working 1:1 and in small groups Using visuals, routine and simple strategies to build engagement Helping pupils regulate, focus and access learning Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher What You Need Experience working with children – essential Experience supporting SEND pupils (school, SEN setting or specialist provision) Calm, patient and able to build trust with pupils Confident supporting pupils who may be non-verbal or find engagement difficult Strong communication and teamwork skills What You’ll Get Long-term role with potential to go permanent Supportive staff and SEN team Ongoing SEND training Monday–Friday hours £95–£110 per day Apply today and I’ll call you straight away to discuss the role.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
