Warehouse Operative We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse Operative to fill an on going position for our client based 15 miles outside of Horncastle. The Essentials Monday to Friday on going work, Shift times 07:00 till 16:00 each day Pay: £12.21 per hour for the first 40 hours, then overtime of £16.28 per hour there after. (after 40 hours in a week) Payment: Weekly, every Friday Employment: On a PAYE basis Description Assist with constructing products according to clear guidelines Manually lift products - items are large and heavy so suitable candidates will be physically able. Ensure each item meets quality standards—we need your attention to detail. Help load products safely onto lorries Label and arrange items to keep our warehouse running smoothly. Assisting with unloading deliveries and organizing stock. Requirements Excellent teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail 'can do' attitude adaptable and flexible Hi Vis and safety boots Personal transport to get to and from the location of work. Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic. This role is required to provide essential support to our customer during their peak period.
