Meaningful impact.Protocol Education is seeking caring, reliable, and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to support a secondary special school in Brent on a day-to-day supply basis.Whether you have experience supporting young people with additional needs or simply bring a calm, patient nature and a genuine desire to help, this role offers the chance to make a real difference — one day at a time.Every day brings new challenges and rewards, but the focus remains the same: helping pupils feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils aged 11–16 with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom routines, and behaviour support Providing one-to-one or small-group interventions Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive learning habits You’ll need: Experience working with children or young people (schools, youth work, and care settings all welcome) A calm, flexible approach and strong communication skills A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why join Protocol Education?
