This role is perfect for individuals with a background in health care, personal care, SEN support, or similar settings who are passionate about making a positive difference.Responsibilities: Provide tailored medical and personal care support to pupils following health care plans.Assist students with mobility, medication routines, feeding, and hygiene needs.Monitor pupil wellbeing and report concerns to appropriate staff.Support teachers in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.Promote independence, confidence, and participation among pupils with additional needs.Work collaboratively with parents, therapy teams, and school staff to ensure consistent care. Requirements: Previous experience in health care, support work, personal care, or working with children/young people.Empathetic, calm, and committed to supporting vulnerable pupils.Ability to follow medical guidelines and safeguarding procedures.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
