The incoming Mid-Tier Designer will play a key role in continuing that reputation for excellence.THE ROLEAs a Mid-Tier Designer, you’ll create high-quality design outputs across presentations, digital assets, print materials, and motion graphics. You’ll interpret complex briefs, develop concepts, and deliver polished, brand-aligned visuals.Responsibilities as Mid-Tier Designer include: Producing clear, engaging design work across multiple formatsTranslating complex ideas into simple, compelling visualsApplying strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchyWorking confidently in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative SuiteManaging multiple projects and meeting deadlinesCollaborating with creative leads and project teamsMaintaining high attention to detail and quality controlSupporting junior designers and contributing to team learning THE CANDIDATEWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Mid-Tier Designer with experience in a creative or agency setting. You’ll have a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills, along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
