Duties: Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness and results.Deliver actionable product feedback and insights to engineering teams, shaping the next generation of networking technology.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across routing, switching, security and wireless networks.Manage and support large-scale enterprise customer environments, primarily remotely.Identify, document and escalate product bugs with precise reproduction steps.Produce and maintain clear documentation, knowledge base content and feature requestsWAN/LAN, DNS and network performance fundamentals.Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting complex enterprise environments.Installing, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and other network hardware.Implementing network cabling, patching and structured cabling solutions.Performing routine network maintenance, firmware updates and hardware upgrades. Skills:Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with network tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, vSphereFamiliarity with network security practices and technologies (firewalls, VPNs)Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco routers and switchesKnowledge of Juniper firewall configuration and managementExperience with DevOps practices for network automation (e.g., using Python scripting)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholdersBachelor/Master’s degree or a related study and experienceExperience required 1-2 years preferred
