A professional Cost & Project Management consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a large scale, site based project in London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside one other to deliver a large-scale, high-end residential project in West Kensington for a developer-led client. As well as project delivery, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have to collaborate with a challenging contractor in order to keep the project progressing and ensure it is completed to a high standard. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Current or prior experience as a Senior Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy / PQS background Current or very recent experience running residential projects (preferably high-end) Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with contractors Willingness to be based on-site five days a week In Return: £65,000 - £80,000 + benefits package and more If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Daniel Foster at Foster & May.
