The school supports young people with additional needs, creating an environment where every student can succeed at their own pace.This is a brilliant opportunity to use your skills in teamwork, communication and resilience to make a real difference. It’s also great experience if you’re considering teaching, coaching, youth work or SEN pathways in the future.What you’ll be doing
Supporting pupils with additional needs both in PE lessons and across the school day
Encouraging participation, confidence and positive routines
Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils stay engaged and feel supported
Helping adapt PE activities and classroom tasks so all pupils can access learning
Using your strengths in motivation and relationship building to support emotional regulation
Being a steady, encouraging presence for pupils who rely on clear boundaries and consistency

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
