Are you an experienced Fire Door Surveyor looking to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for quality and compliance? We’re working with a leading fire safety consultancy who is expanding their team in the Warrington area — and they’re looking for a skilled professional to support ongoing projects across commercial, residential, and public-sector properties.About the Role As a Fire Door Surveyor, you will: Carry out detailed fire door inspections in line with industry standards (incl. BS 8214 & relevant Fire Safety Regulations). Produce accurate survey reports using digital reporting tools. Identify non-compliance, defects, and remedial requirements. Work closely with project managers, clients, and on-site teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Provide technical guidance and support where required. About You We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience surveying and inspecting fire doors (commercial or domestic sectors). Holds relevant accreditations (e.g., FDIS, BM Trada, IFI) — desirable but not essential if you have strong experience. Understands current fire safety legislation and best practice. Is confident producing clear, accurate reports. Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel regionally.
