We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's Investment Banking division as an Associate within their Consumer team. This position offers immediate exposure to large, complex transactions within the Consumer team and significant responsibility from the start. Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, transaction structuring, and strategic recommendations. Industry & Company Research: Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Pitch Book & Presentation Development: Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for new business development and ongoing mandates. Transaction Execution Support: Assist in managing deal processes, including due diligence, data room coordination, and communication with clients and counter-parties. Valuation Work: Perform various valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to support advisory recommendations. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical insights and supporting senior bankers in relationship management. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work-streams. Market Monitoring: Track financial markets, deal activity, and relevant news to inform clients and internal teams. Experience: Associate 1/2 Investment Bankers with experience in the Consumer sector.
