They're scaling quickly and need operational talent who can keep pace with rapid growth and evolving delivery demands.About the Role:Once an AI deal is sold by the Delivery Specialists, you become the operational owner. You’ll ensure the delivery specification is followed, systems are maintained, tasks progress on time, and issues are identified and escalated effectively.No AI background is needed; this is about structure, discipline, and exceptional organisation.Key Responsibilities:Methodically work through project specifications to ensure smooth delivery.Maintain and run internal delivery systems and workflows.Track progress across multiple delivery projects.Escalate risks and issues quickly to appropriate leads.Coordinate with organisers and AI Delivery Specialists to keep delivery aligned.Hold colleagues accountable for actions and deadlines.Maintain a dependable, organised delivery environment in a fast-moving startup.Ideal Candidate Profile:Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Thrives in structured, process-driven environments.Comfortable handling conflict and keeping others accountable.Calm under pressure; doesn’t get flustered when things go off track.Strong communicator with disciplined follow-up.Enjoys being office-based and collaborating closely with teams.Suits someone who prefers systems, structure, and execution over creativity or strategy.Excited by the pace and energy of a scaling fintech startup.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly for the next steps.Application Process:To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications for the role.
