Person Specification For SEND Math’s Lead Have QTS status or relevant qualificationsBe confident in your ability to lead a class of children aged 11-16 yearsBe able to work well with challenging behaviourHold strong communication skills both orally and writtenWilling to undergo continual professional trainingAble to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humourBe able to commute to Mansfield and surrounding areas.
