Person Specification For Unqualified Teacher Have some experience working with young people in either a school setting or a similar environment, i.e- NCS / Sports coaching etcBe confident in your ability to lead a class of children aged 11-16 yearsBe able to work well with challenging behaviourHold strong communication skills both orally and writtenWilling to undergo continual professional trainingAble to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humourBe able to commute to Grantham and surrounding areas All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks, including a DBS check.
