There is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join the firm's Legal 500-ranked Commercial Disputes team.Renowned for its expertise in complex, high-value litigation, the team advises on a wide range of contentious matters for corporates, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. The practice regularly handles disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder and partnership issues, fraud and asset recovery, professional negligence, and cross-border litigation. The team is also experienced in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution across multiple sectors, including financial services, real estate, energy, media, and professional services.Interested candidates should be England & Wales qualified and have 2-3 years of PQE in commercial litigation, gained at a well-regarded UK or international firm.
