Operating from multiple offices across the UK, providing comprehensive services across Civil, Structural, Geo-environmental, Transport, and Flood Risk Engineering to clients nationwide.​ The Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical Engineer Opportunity I need a Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical Engineer to join this expanding Sheffield team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, with scope for genuine technical development and career progression. This role allows for exposure to the whole spectrum of consultancy work, allowing you to pursue skills in geotechnical design and slope stability assessments, alongside high-quality report writing and investigation. About You We're looking for someone who brings both technical capability and practical experience to the role. The ideal candidate will have: Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related discipline​ Practical experience in Phase 1 and Phase 2 site investigations Demonstrable understanding of contaminated land assessment, risk assessment methodologies, and remediation techniques​ Exposure to geotechnical design principles including foundations, slope stability, and earth retention systems​ Excellent report writing skills and the ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly​ Full UK driving licence​ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities​ ​ How to Apply If you're a Geo-Environmental or Geotechnical Engineer ready to take the next step in your career with a respected, growing consultancy that values technical excellence and professional development, we want to hear from you.
