If you thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused settings and have a passion for mixology, we want to hear from you!You Should Have: Strong cocktail knowledge and confident mixology skills Experience in 4* or 5* hotels, private members’ clubs, luxury bars, or high-end event environments Excellent communication and guest-interaction abilities A polished, professional appearance A can-do attitude and ability to anticipate guest needs Level 2 Food Safety & Allergens certificates Full uniform: smart white or black shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes, black tie, and black waistcoat Must be 18+ years old Key Responsibilities Create and serve a range of cocktails with precision and flair Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during peak service Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar Support setup and breakdown of bar and event spaces Provide attentive service to high-profile guests Work collaboratively with wider hospitality teams Uphold food safety, allergen awareness, and health & safety standards Pay & Benefits £14 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience) accurate holiday pay The opportunity to work in London’s most exclusive venues Kellan Group (including all of our brands, Berkeley Scott, RK and Quantica) are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
