With deep expertise in highway maintenance, we understand the vehicles, equipment, and techniques required to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions that prioritise safety and durability.Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead and organize our team effectively in delivering high-quality road testing projects. The ideal candidate will bring prior leadership experience, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities: Lead and organise the team in conjunction with the Roadtechs supervisor to ensure road testing is completed efficiently.Collaborate closely with the supervisor to verify that all measurements and paperwork are accurate and completed timely.Serve as the primary liaison with clients, members of the public, and traffic management, representing the company professionally on-site.Direct team activities between jobs, including re-loading materials, cleaning vehicles, and ensuring timely travel to the next job site.Record and report any issues, absences, or accidents to the supervisor and/or head office.Maintain adherence to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.Ensure all team members uphold a “can-do” attitude, fostering a teachable and proactive work culture. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior position or leadership role within the construction or roadwork field.First aid certification is required.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid CSCS cartificateAbility to work independently while being a committed team player.Motivation to perform all tasks correctly, consistently, and with pride.
