The Role As a Legal Secretary within the conveyancing team, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring files progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Daily responsibilities will include: Preparing and formatting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detailManaging correspondence, client updates, and file administrationUsing the firm's case management system to maintain and update recordsAudio typing and digital dictationLiaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other third partiesSupporting colleagues with diary management, scanning, filing, and general office dutiesAssisting on reception when required About You Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing/propertyConfident typing and audio typing skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systemsExcellent communication skills and a professional manner with clientsAbility to prioritise workload and manage deadlinesA proactive and organised approach to supporting fee earners Benefits Hybrid workingTraining provided on all internal systemsFunding available for Paralegal qualificationsCompany pensionSupportive team environment
