Transactional Real Estate Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Leeds A leading national firm with one of the UK's largest and most respected real estate practices is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its Manchester office. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with major institutional clients on complex investment, development, and portfolio transactions, combining top-tier work with a collaborative and supportive environment. What You'll Be Doing Handling high-quality transactional work: Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for a major institutional landlord client, supported by a dedicated delivery model designed for efficiency and client focus. Managing varied and engaging matters: Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, dealing with management applications, and supporting wider real estate transactions including funding, development, and joint ventures. Collaborating within a national team: Working alongside highly regarded partners and associates across the UK, benefiting from shared knowledge, strong supervision, and leading use of legal technology and innovation. Building deep client relationships: Acting as a key contact for a major long-term client, gaining unique exposure to strategic portfolio work and developing in-depth sector understanding. Supporting innovation and continuous improvement: Contributing to process enhancement, knowledge sharing, and the use of cutting-edge tools to deliver best-in-class client service.
