About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of one of our partner Nurseries. You will help lead and inspire the team, ensure the highest standards of care and learning, and step into the Manager's role when required. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior practitioner looking to progress into management. About our Nursery:A well-established Daventry nursery known for our excellent reputation, welcoming environment and supportive leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards. Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver outstanding childcare. Manage staff rotas, parent communication and administrative duties. Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Prerequisites: Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare. Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. Sound understanding of safeguarding, EYFS, and health & safety procedures. All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check.
