The Role: We are seeking a friendly and positive Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to work within one of our partner Nurseries in Towcester. You'll work within a friendly team providing daily care, play, and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5. You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and grow within your role, supporting the room leader and ensuring every child feels valued and secure. The Setting: The Nursery is a caring, community nursery that celebrates diversity and supports continuous staff development. Key Responsibilities: Support planning and delivery of educational play Help with meals, routines, and daily setup Observe and record children's development Follow all safeguarding, health & safety procedures Prerequisites: Level 2 Early Years qualification Reliable, caring, and team-oriented Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding Strong communication and initiative All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
