Site Manager - LondonCladding Projects - Social HousingUp to £55,000 Plus Package Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division. Projects that are being delivered will be Cladding projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks around the London area. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors & direct operativesPAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experienceLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staffPre & post inspections of worksHealth & safety & quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
