Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported. Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines. Manage behaviour effectively and promote a culture of respect and learning. Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2). A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to supply teaching.
