We are seeking a permanent OneStream Administrator & Finance Systems Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of the OneStream financial consolidation platform. This role sits within the Data & Analytics team and works closely with both finance and technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operation, administration, and configuration of the OneStream platform. Support month-end and reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Develop and enhance OneStream functionality, including workflows, calculations, reports, and integrations. Act as the internal subject-matter expert for finance systems, bridging the gap between finance users and technical teams. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes, and optimise system performance. Work with external technical partners as needed for larger project-based work. Contribute to continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting capabilities. About You Strong understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, reporting, and budgeting. Hands-on experience with OneStream (administration, configuration, and/or development). Ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions. Comfortable working in a mixed team of data engineers, BI developers, and finance professionals. Proactive problem-solver with a focus on quality and service.
