Receptionist Cwmbran | £12.21-£12.75 per hour | Full-time | Temporary (6 months) Introduction Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Receptionist to join a Public Sector client on a temporary basis for approximately six months. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, and must have previous experience in a similar role. Key Duties: Handle incoming telephone calls. Manage reception calendars and conference room bookings. Manage the reception area and deal with general enquiries. Assist with administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and IT skills with good attention to detail.
