OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Manager to oversee the rental operations within our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring smooth lease processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and communication skills to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. A background in property management or real estate is advantageous, along with multilingual abilities to assist diverse clients.DutiesManage the end-to-end lettings process, from advertising properties to signing tenancy agreementsConduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about available unitsLiaise with landlords and tenants to address enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationshipsCoordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties meet health and safety standardsMaintain accurate records of all lettings activities, including tenancy agreements, renewals, and inspectionsOrganise schedules for viewings, inspections, and lease renewals efficientlyAssist in marketing properties through various channels to maximise occupancy ratesProvide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all communicationsRequirementsProven administrative experience, ideally within property management or real estate sectorsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgroundsMultilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with a broad client baseStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyProfessional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to lettings is advantageous but not essentialAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamEarning potential between £50,000 - £60,000.This role is integral to maintaining high standards of service within our lettings department.
