GSL Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming school in Hull. This role as a CS, is an exciting opportunity to ensure continuity of learning when teachers are absent, providing structured lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence.Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.Support students with their learning and engagement.Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.Assist with administrative tasks as required. Requirements for Cover Supervisor: Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor in UK school setting is desirable.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage students effectively and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).A full CV covering the last 10 years, including explanations for any employment gaps.
