THE ROLE As Event Operator, it will be your responsibility to support the Event Design Manager in the lead up to the live events with operations and responsible for all onsite delivery - ensuring events run seamlessly!Responsibilities of the Event Operator will be broad and include: Managing the event administration and operations in the lead upGoing out on site for the day of the eventFinalising schedulesDeveloping operational efficiencies to ensure quality project outputCollaborating with internal departmentsAccountable for health & safety implementationWorking closely with suppliers and stakeholdersHaving the ability to work well under pressureManaging multiple tasks simultaneouslyWorking with different levels of people from high end clients The CANDIDATE Candidates for the Event Operator role must hold solid, hands-on experience in live event delivery, particularly the operations. The events will predominantly be taking place in five-star, prestigious venues in London so residing in London is ideal. This role will suit someone who can work well under pressure whilst delivering a top-level service.Live specialises in all disciplines (and at all levels) across events, experiential and exhibitions.
