The RoleAs a leading Corporate and M&A practice in Northern Ireland, we are looking for an ambitious qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE, who is keen to develop their experience working on the most significant corporate transactions in the jurisdiction.Our Corporate team is involved in an unparalleled range of complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, working with a local and international client base.
