2026: NEW for a UK corporate partner x2 looking to make the jump / step to a US firm (based in London) or with his/her team in tow! Personality [a good one] is key! A high salary US rates in London awaits all of the team .. as one of the most dedicated Global practices and later in London, heavy throughout the disciplines and with a specific corporate footprint in general corporate x2 M&A partners are needed with a demonstrable BD ability and mentality. Though this is not the only reason that you will want to join or move; you must want to join a very collegiate and friendly firm .. this firm is very specific in its hire; you have to, in essence, be 'a good egg'. Work streams are: the usual M&A; but also experience in private equity [platform or portfolio add-ons]. Possible also: equity capital markets or leveraged finance. Again, Partners with teams following will be seriously considered.
