Commercial Litigation Senior / Principal Associate Top 100 West Midlands Firm Office / Hybrid working or fully remote Key role to suit a senior or principal associate in commercial litigation. Innovative, growing firm offering high quality disputes work plus an exciting progression platform. The team handles mainstream commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented senior litigator to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand. You'll be part of a team which handles broad ranging commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract and IT/IP contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims,, sale of goods and supply of services disputes, defamation claims, warranty, indemnity and consumer claims. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as PLCs and larger corporates. This is an excellent role with a friendly, supportive and non-hierarchical firm where people are treated as adults.
