A leading global law firm is seeking a talented Wealth Management Associate (2-5 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Private Client / Wealth Management practice in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, and financial institutions on complex cross-border matters.This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier international platform with an exceptional global network, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility, and clear progression. Role Overview You will work closely with senior associates and partners while taking direct responsibility for managing relationships with clients across the UK, EMEA and globally. The role is wide-ranging and will involve: Advising internationally mobile clients, including foreign nationals and entrepreneurs living and investing in the UKDelivering UK tax and international wealth planning advice for UHNW individuals, families, their businesses and family officesStructuring and executing complex cross-border transactions and tax planning arrangementsBuilding long-term relationships with an established client base while developing your own networkCollaborating closely with colleagues in international offices including Zurich, Geneva, Hong Kong, Singapore, Miami and New YorkWorking alongside other London departments including Litigation, Employee Benefits and the wider Tax teamContributing to internal and external speaking events, including the firm's annual international tax and trust conferenceSupporting the development of junior team members and sharing technical knowledgeActively participating in business development initiatives and promoting the firm's capabilitiesAbout You The ideal candidate will demonstrate most of the following: 2-5 years' PQE as a wealth management/private client lawyer or tax advisorStrong experience advising UK and international UHNW individuals, families and family officesDetailed knowledge of UK tax issues affecting resident non-domiciliaries and international tax planningExperience gained at a London firm, leading regional firm, or top accountancy practiceFirst-rate technical skills and excellent drafting abilityStrong interpersonal skills and confidence working with a culturally diverse client baseCommercial awareness and evidence of business development experienceHigh level of professionalism, initiative, maturity and gravitasOutstanding communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiencesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing teamCommitment to high standards, client service and continuous learningAppreciation for a diverse, international and academically strong working environmentWhy Join?
