Associate Dentist DevonStart Date: From November 2025 or soonerHours: Full-time (5 days preferred, 4 days considered) About the Practice Independent, well-established 3-surgery practice with a supportive team environment.Hygienist in placeOffers a wide range of treatments, including orthodontics, aligners, cosmetic dentistry and more.Small element of NHS emergency and paediatrics, but primarily a private-focused practice. What We OfferPrivate Split ( negotiable )Full clinical freedom in a supportive, modern practice.Loyal and growing patient base.Digital systems and a wide range of general and advanced treatments available.Optional NHS work gives access to new emergency patients, many of whom convert to private care, and pays £100/hour for single emergency appointments. Associates need a performer number to participate Requirements GDC registration.Strong experience in general dentistry.Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
