You will take the lead on complex transactions while also playing a supportive, mentoring role to more junior team members.Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactionsConduct title checks, respond to legal enquiries and prepare reports for purchasersHandle more complex matters such as deeds of variation, lease extensions and developer-led schemesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior conveyancers within the teamMaintain excellent standards of client care and legal compliance Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience handling residential sale and purchase mattersConfident handling leasehold and new build transactionsStrong technical knowledge with the ability to resolve complex conveyancing issuesA proactive, organised approach with a collaborative mindset What Sets This Firm Apart?
