This is an excellent opportunity to handle your own portfolio of complex recovery claims while supervising a small team in a supportive, high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of more complex/intermediate-track recoveries mattersSupervise and support a team of 5-6 junior Fee EarnersWork across property damage recovery and motor recoveries Required Experience: Qualified Solicitor, 2 years + PQEExperience in property damage recovery, motor recovery, or bothDefendant background preferred, though strong Claimant candidates will be consideredSupervisory or mentoring experience is ideal What's on Offer?
