Located in Southwark, they work with organisations across the UK to transform their space. They specialise in workplace design, fit-out, refurbishment and relocation and furniture. They are financially strong and have a £140m turnover. Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include leading and supervising all construction activity, managing programme, budget, and cost. Whilst Ensuring buildability from pre- construction through completion. Work closely with the Commercial Manager to oversee project commercials. In addition, maintaining all internal delivery processes and quality standard. You will need to build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional project communication. What you will bring You will have at least 10 years on construction experience on project up to £5m. Having strong leadership and team-management skills whilst being clear, confident communication skills and the ability to lead construction professionals. You will hold a CSCS Manager's Card and will hold SMSTS, First Aid, Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handing training. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of ASTA, Procore, IOSH, JCT. What this job offers you 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Christmas shutdown and every Friday of the month off (pay day!)
