Through Community Assemblies and forums, we engage individuals and communities across the full spectrum of national origin, gender, age, disability, faith, class and sexual orientation. This is a part time Temporary job, 2 - 3 days per week. They are recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our mental health services team with end-to-end recruitment and employee on-boarding. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Review and update job descriptions with hiring managers Manage recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination Prepare employment contracts Liaise with recruitment agencies On-boarding & Induction Lead employee induction and on-boarding process Implement AI tools to streamline on-boarding and reduce administrative time Set up efficient digital systems for new starter documentation Compliance & Administration Assist with health and safety compliance Maintain accurate HR records Support HR & Admin Manager with recruitment reporting Essential Requirements: Experience in recruitment and HR administration Proficiency with AI tools and digital systems Strong organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a racially and culturally diverse team environment Understanding of community-led approaches Commitment to working with underprivileged communities Working Pattern: 2-3 days per week, remote working
